This book is an extensive study of the spectacular
archaeological find at the “Plaça Gran”
of Mataró with approximately 1000 pieces of glazed and unglazed ceramics from
the first half of the 17th century.
Over 200 pages of text with
hundreds of drawings of decoration and profiles, as well as details of chemical
and mineralogical analysis, make it a “must” for anyone interested in this
field. The author, Josep Antoni Cerdà, is a member of our association.
